Haiku Cottage Policies

Minimum stay is 7 nights.  Less than 7 nights is accepted if it backs up to an existing reservation and cleaning fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy - Full refund (less $50 cancellation fee) 30 days notice required. Within 30 days, refund only if rebooked.

Deposit: 10 % due to hold dates. Balance of 90% due 30 days prior to arrival.
